A Passista Mais Linda
Every summer in Rio De laneiro, Brazil
"Carnivall' takes over. Samba schools who have been preparing for an entire year compete for huge prizes in various categories. Each school is judged on prepared music, costumes, dance and more. Though an enormous amount off time and effort is put into detail, it is pride that shines brightest. None amongst the participants personify the pride of the school more than the "passistas". They represent the most talented, physically fit and frankly the most beautiful people of the passajeiro.
I was inspired by my visits during Carnivall to compose "A Passista Mais Linda" (The Most Beautiful Dancer).
